Pets

The Linden Apartments offer a pet friendly environment for responsible pet owners. We accept well behaved dogs and cats regardless of their size.

A pet deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if your pet does no damage to the building. To date no resident pets have done damage to any of our units.

The dog in the photo is our beloved Tess. She is a three year old border collie mix that we rescued last year. Tess is a regular visitor to the apartments, where she happily greets the resident dogs. Unfortunately she doesn’t appreciate cats, so we keep her away from the local felines.

There is a small city park a few blocks from the building. It makes for a nice dog walk. A little further away there is an off leash area in Woodland Park, just up the hill from Green Lake.

Dogs love to strut their stuff on the loop around Green Lake. So many things to sniff, so many places to explore. Makes for very happy dogs.
