The Linden has eleven units on three levels, with a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. Most of the units have views of Green Lake or the Cascades. Nine are long term rentals. Two furnished units – a studio and a one bedroom apartment – are rented by the week.
The one and two bedroom apartments have a private deck with locking storage closet. There are also several large closets in each unit.
All units have a designated off street parking space. There is also ample street parking, often right in front of the building, with no time restrictions.
Each floor has its own laundry room equipped with a coin operated washer and dryer. The charge is $1.00 per load, considerably less than at the local laundromat.
The Linden Apartments have security measures designed to protect the residents. The entrance on N. 85th Street has a cipher lock, perfect for when you don’t want to worry about taking keys with you. The main entrance on Linden Avenue North has a security system allowing residents to speak with visitors before granting access.
